I'm Briscoe — a recent Exercise Science graduate (B.S., minor in Public Health) from UNC Charlotte with four years of experience in the fitness industry, including focused work in personal body recomposition, nutrition planning, and training technique.
My approach is built on coursework in anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and strength & conditioning, backed by hands-on experience from an athletic training internship with UNC Charlotte Athletics.
